I am Brenda, founder & owner of Gardenalia, nestled in the foothills of the North Pennines just outside Carlisle.

I have always been a creative sole and I have worked in the floral industry for over 20 years and prior to that in the catering industry. Gardenalia was founded in floral styling and design for weddings and events and I spent many happy years working with some fabulous couples and venues. Over the past decade we have also built up a magical Christmas demonstration programme from my home.

I am one of those lucky people who have been able to make my passions into my job and I get to do that from my home too!

I have a lovely studio flower barn where I spend most of my days creating bespoke faux flower arrangements both for the home as well as range of bridal flowers. I have also extended my programme of events this summer and will be offering themed afternoon teas with demonstrations and more paint and floral workshops.

Christmas continues to be a big deal here at Gardenalia & seeing my granddaughters face when she's sees my decorations in October is magical. Starting in October we run a programme of demonstrations right through to late December they book up quickly so get in touch soon.
